![]() ![]() ![]() I'd also strongly recommend getting the new Prima guide for SimCity 4 Deluxe it's just chock-full of ways to keep your city above water. Also, it adds much better transportation options (one-way streets, elevated rail, car/passenger ferries, oodles of bridge options, ground-level highways, etc.), and the ability to micromanage your tax base like you could in SimCity 2000. The key is that expansion pack without it, SC4 runs in nothing but "Hard" mode, and let me tell you: they aren't kidding about that rating. And finally, YOU CAN BUILD ON A SLOPE! Only took two decades for them to finally get that little bit in there, but it is oh-so-nice! The graphics are much better, the options are more plentiful, and - if you have the RushHour expansion - it's not that much more difficult than SimCity 3000. As Jollus indicated, yes, but with the RushHour expansion (SimCity 4 Deluxe includes the whole shebang). ![]()
